About Course
Many couples feel stretched, disconnected, or out of sync at different points in a relationship. Life moves quickly, routines take over, and the conversations that help people stay close often get pushed aside. People can end up feeling lonely in the same house, overwhelmed by relationship language online, and unsure how to talk to each other in a way that actually helps.
This workshop gives you space to slow down and check in with your relationship. It helps you look at what is working, what has drifted, and what you both want moving forward. It creates room for the conversations that are often avoided because life is busy or they feel hard to start.
Together, you move through seven short, focused conversations designed to support clarity, connection, and understanding. You will explore the parts of your relationship that quietly shape day to day life, including fun, goals, sex and intimacy, money, work, family, shared rituals, and upcoming changes.
The tools and prompts are drawn from my work as a couples and family therapist, so you can have these conversations at home without needing a therapist in the room. This workshop is not about fixing your partner. It is about helping your relationship work better for both of you, at any stage of the year.
